Data Intelligence Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Intelligence Specialist to join the core algorithm team at ROSTER-5. You will work on real-time event processing pipelines, automated feature extraction, and enterprise predictive models for roster5software.com.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable stream processing jobs using Kafka, Spark, and Python/Rust.
• Collaborate with product designers to translate complex data pipelines into intuitive dashboard visual cards.
• Optimize ML inference latencies for enterprise clients streaming 100k+ RPS.
• Maintain rigorous security and privacy standards across global cloud regions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in distributed systems or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent written communication skills.
